Project Overview

This new country estate in Hockley is being built from the ground up on open acreage. At its center is a cross-shaped pool set on axis with the home, with a semicircular stepped end.

The project footage follows the build from bare land through forming, steel and shell over five weeks. Follow along as this European-style manor and its signature pool come to life.

The Challenge

The tile was coming from Mexico, and it arrived in shipments of only 15–25% of the total order at a time. This caused many months of delays.

What We Did

We share everything with our clients through our CRM software, so they get updates on items like the tile delays every week. Clear communication and proper expectations make every pool construction project go easier, with less frustration for everyone.
