Project Overview
This pool in Hockley takes in a sweeping view of open lawn and mature oaks. A geometric pool with a raised spa sits on a broad paver terrace, placed to catch the sunset across the property.
A pool house in the distance and generous lounge space make the yard easy to entertain in, whether it's a family afternoon or a crowd at dusk.
The Challenge
The home builder did not build the foundation pad high enough for the driveway to surface drain to the sides, as intended.
What We Did
We installed linear drains under the driveway to catch the water and move it quickly around to the sides of the home. From there, it surface drains with the natural grade, the way it was meant to from the start.
